Create a grant program to provide a non-police response to mental health crises and other emergencies that do not require criminal system involvement.
Ensure health coverage for full-spectrum pregnancy care, including abortion care, prenatal care, childbirth, and postpartum care, without any cost-sharing.
Remove unnecessary barriers to dispensing and coverage of emergency contraception, to ensure consistent access at all pharmacies in the commonwealth.
