Establish a comprehensive state data privacy law for the 21st century. Protect consumers from unauthorized collection, use, and monetization of our personal information, with special protection for sensitive location and biometric data; prohibit discrimination based on personal information; and protect workers against unwarranted electronic monitoring on the job.
