We The People dare to create a more perfect union.

The ACLU of Massachusetts is working to build a future that is inclusive and expansive: a democracy where every person — no matter their background, beliefs, or identity — can live freely and with dignity.

As we mark America’s 250th, we invite you to join us both in reflecting on this nation's complex history and imagining what the future of freedom could look like.
