Victory! If the landmark 1973 Supreme Court decision on reproductive freedom Roe v. Wade should ever fall, here in Massachusetts we still have Moe v. Secretary of Administration and Finance. This 1981 ACLU case ensures a person's right to reproductive freedom under our state constitution. John Reinstein, our former legal director, considers the Moe decision one of the ACLU of Massachusetts' "most important and enduring contributions to the cause of individual rights."
