Lift the Cap on Kids

This legislation would end the shocking and dangerous "cap on kids" policy, which punishes poor children and their families simply because a child was conceived while the family was already receiving assistance.

UPDATE: The House and Senate both passed this legislation and overrode the Governor's veto. The "cap on kids" policy is repealed!
