The ACLU of Massachusetts Justice for All Project works to ensure that equal protection and due process protections guaranteed by the Constitution and Massachusetts Declaration of Rights apply to all people in the Commonwealth, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

Thanks to generous backing from local technology industry leaders Joshua Boger and Paul Sagan, the ACLU launched the Justice for All Project—and the related Technology for Liberty Project—in 2013. The project focuses on racial justice issues, particularly police accountability, closing down the school-to-prison pipeline, and protecting the human rights of immigrants.
