The ACLU of Massachusetts is a proud member of the Freedom for All Massachusetts campaign.

The campaign began as a legislative initiative to pass legislation in 2016 to protect transgender people from discrimination in public places, like hotels, restaurants, public transportation, hospitals, and more.

The coalition and supporters of equality are now faced with a new challenge: a ballot initiative to repeal the anti-discrimination law. On Election Day 2018, Massachusetts voters have an opportunity to vote “yes” on Question 3 to continue treating transgender people as equal members of the Commonwealth.

Visit the campaign website to learn more, get involved, and commit to voting YES on 3 in November!
