Bianca Lora comes to the ACLU of Massachusetts from her previous role as Senior Legislative Assistant to Montgomery County Maryland Council Vice President Evan Glass, where she was the office lead for a wide array of events and managed the Councilmember's social justice legislative portfolio. Prior to that, she was an organizer at SEIU, mobilizing adjunct professors to improve their working conditions.

Bianca has also worked for the Office of the Public Advocate in New York City and as the development assistant at the Federation of Protestant Welfare Workers. She is also a board member at The Batey Foundation, an organization partnering with batey communities of the Dominican Republic to build resilient physical infrastructure and the human capital required to raise the living standards for local children and families. Bianca is a graduate of St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland and holds a Masters in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work in New York City.

At ACLUM, Bianca is responsible for providing administrative and event support to both the Communications & Marketing Department and the Development Department.
